Coco Palm resort guests and locals alike can choose from Lil’ Chef’s all-day breakfast menu which includes favourites such as Eggs Benedict, Florentine or Royale to healthy fresh fruit smoothies laced with honey, wheat germ and flax seed.

Following the popularity and success of Big Chef Steakhouse, the expansion to the café market is new territory for Chef Rosie Joinville and husband Marc Joinville who head the Lil’ Chef team.
Chef Rosie is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in London, and since completing her studies she has travelled the world, cooking on a floating hotel in France, hotels in Hong Kong and on a sheep farm in Australia. She managed several restaurants, including the legendary San Antoine and the prestigious resort kitchens of Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort, before taking over Big Chef Steakhouse with her husband in 2007.
Marc’s hospitality management experience is vast. After graduating from César Ritz School of Hotel Management in Switzerland, he worked at Baur au Lac Hotel in Zurich. He then completed post-graduate studies in Halifax, Nova Scotia, before returning to his native Saint Lucia, where he held senior hotel management positions at Jalousie Plantation, Sandals Resorts, Windjammer Landing and Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa. Marc has also spent time working in Jamaica, Turks & Caicos and Antigua.
Coco Palm’s addition of a second food outlet (in addition to Ti Bananne Caribbean Bar and Bistro) has tantalized the tastebuds of the café lover and the varied menu of breakfast cocktails, small bites to go and salads cater to guests all day and visitors to the area seeking to explore new culinary choices.
